In consideration for being permitted to attend MONDAY NIGHT RAW, PECHANGA ARENA, SAN DIEGO, CA which will include without limitation, me voluntarily attending the Event itself and other activities relating to or arising from the Event and engagements in/around the Venue and other valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is acknowledged, by purchasing or possessing a ticket to the Event and presentation of the ticket at the Event for access I irrevocably accept and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions of the LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT located at (the “ Release”) individually and on behalf of all persons attending with me under the tickets purchased hereby (all references to “me” or “I” hereunder will be interpreted to mean me and all persons attending with me via this ticket purchase). Photo ID must match the proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test for all attendees age 18 and older. Per the California Department of Public Health Beyond the Blueprint updated guidance for Indoor Mega Events, the CDPH Guidance for Face Coverings and the San Diego County Safe Reopening Guidelines, the State and County requires that attendees of all ages be fully vaccinated (i.e., two weeks or more have passed since the attendee has received a single-dose vaccine or received the second dose in a 2-dose series) or obtain a negative COVID-19 test within one day for an antigen test and two days for a PCR test prior to entry into an event, and the CDPH is requiring masks to be worn in all indoor public settings, regardless of vaccine status. Specifically, you must present proof upon entry that you and everyone in your party meet the vaccination or testing requirements detailed below. By attending an event at Pechanga Arena San Diego, guests agree to follow the current California Department of Public Health Guidelines along with San Diego County Guidelines for Indoor Mega Events.
